These terms cover your use of DiscountsBundle. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

What this site is

DiscountsBundle lists coupon codes, discounts and offers from online retailers. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold stock, process payments, ship orders or handle returns. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, under their terms.

How we make money

When you click through to a retailer from this site and buy something, we may receive a commission from that retailer or from an affiliate network. It does not change what you pay. This is set out in full in our Disclaimer.

Using the site

You may browse, use the codes, and share links to our pages. You may not:

  • Copy or republish substantial parts of the site's content without permission.
  • Scrape or harvest listings automatically, or use bots to click links.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, try to gain unauthorised access, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written consent.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Present the site or its content as your own.

Accuracy of listings

We try to keep offers current, but coupons change constantly and retailers do not tell us when they pull one. So:

  • A code may stop working at any time, including between you seeing it and using it.
  • Discount amounts, minimum spends, exclusions and expiry dates are set by the retailer and can change without notice.
  • Restrictions may apply that are not shown on our listing — first order only, selected products, particular countries, and so on.
  • Always check the price and the terms on the retailer's checkout page before you pay.

Where a listing and the retailer's own terms disagree, the retailer's terms are the ones that count.

Content and intellectual property

The articles, page layouts and design on this site belong to us. Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to those retailers; we show them to identify the store an offer belongs to, and that does not imply any endorsement or partnership beyond an ordinary affiliate arrangement.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email info@discountsbundle.com with enough detail to identify the material and we will look into it.

Articles are general information

Our guides and articles are general consumer information. They are not financial, legal, medical or professional advice, and they cannot account for your particular circumstances. Where a decision matters, speak to a qualified professional.

Third-party links

The site links heavily to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their security or how they treat your data.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but we do not guarantee it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DiscountsBundle is not liable for losses arising from:

  • A code that does not work, or an offer that has changed or expired.
  • Anything that happens in a transaction between you and a retailer.
  • Errors or omissions in our listings or articles.
  • The site being unavailable.
  • Anything on a third-party site you reached from here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Problems with an order

If something goes wrong with a purchase — the item, the delivery, a refund — that is between you and the retailer, and their customer service is the place to take it. We are happy to hear about codes that failed so we can fix the listing, but we cannot intervene in your order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DiscountsBundle operates. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
